I am married to my beautiful wife Eileen. We have five adult children, Rachael, Andrew, Daniela, Nathaniel, and Joseph and 4 grandchildren. Eileen and I have been active members of MVCC since 2002. I have served as an Elder and Chief Financial Officer since October, 2007. I have also  served as an Deacon and AWANA  Leader.

I am space systems expert for the Navy at SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific, where I build and demonstrate small satellites and other space capabilities for the Fleet. I have a doctorate degree in Aerospace Engineering from UCSD.

I have trusted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior since I was nine years old. My life verse is Gal. 2:20; it helps me keep my life and life purpose in perspective. I am by no means perfect as a Christian, let alone as a shepherd, but I very much enjoy learning, growing, and serving as an follower of Christ and Elder at MVCC.
