JOSH STEWART

Hi, my name is Josh Stewart and I have the privilege to be the Executive Pastor here at MVCC.

I have lived in Ramona since 1985, seeing so much change and growth since then.  I have been attending MVCC since we were still at 9th and E.  I have spiritually grown up in this church and I owe a lot to this church body and to its leadership as to where I am now.

In 2002, I had the opportunity to attend Capernwray Bible School in England and there was able to build a strong foundation on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  While attending I met a beautiful girl who loved the Lord and agreed to move from Canada to Ramona and marry me.  Heidi and I were married in 2004 and we have been blessed with 3 kids, Tristan, Samuel and Ava.

I have been part of our life groups for many years and have been leading one since 2004.  I have gained so many friends through these groups and have seen so much spiritual growth in myself and others because of our involvement in life groups.

In 2012 I was invited to come on staff and head up our life groups and our enfolding process.  It is an honor to be able to serve MVCC in this capacity.  I have enjoyed seeing our life groups grow and more people becoming connected to the church body.

In 2016 I had the opportunity to move into the Executive Pastor role working more on the administrative side of ministry. I am thankful to be a part of the team here at MVCC and to see how God continues to work in and through this church body to make disciples and reach our community.
